Orličan has become the first Czech manufacturer of light‑sport aircraft (LSA) and the only European producer of LSA airplanes to complete the first public run of the ASTM MOSAIC training focused on the new U.S. regulatory framework 14 CFR Part 22 – Certification of Light‑Sport Category Aircraft.
